>> Strong in Oracle PLSQL, Forms and Reports and shell scripting is mandatory.
>> Excellent in development skills, performance tuning, basic DBA skills.
>> Strong software engineering skills
>> Application Designing skills.
>> Good communication skills.
>> Basic Java and Java script skills would be added advantage
